Since 2002, Freight Forwarders Hub has upheld rigorous standards. These terms and conditions outline the legal framework governing our shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs services.

  • 1. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging Freight Forwarders Hub’s services, you agree to these terms, which apply to all contracts, quotes, and shipments unless superseded by a written agreement.
  • 2. Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 30 calendar days from issuance. Late payments incur a daily charge of 15% of the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date until paid in full.
  • 3. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to $100 per shipment or the shipment’s declared value (whichever is lower), unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, or delays due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays).

1. Client Documentation

You must provide accurate, complete, and timely shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, customs forms) compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse transport of hazardous materials, illegal items, or goods restricted by international trade laws unless prior written approval and proper documentation are provided.

3. Insurance Coverage

Standard liability is limited. Optional insurance is available for purchase to cover loss or damage beyond $100 per shipment, subject to insurer terms.

4. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, mediation or Arbitration under California law applies, with venue in Los Angeles, CA.

5. Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding fees, including late charges, must be settled prior to termination.

These terms apply to all Freight Forwarders Hub services, including but not limited to freight forwarding (air, sea, land), warehousing, customs brokerage, and last-mile delivery.
